You can combine the music with nature and ambient sounds that you like. Try out all the different combinations that you can get and let Mysa fly you to the moon in your sleep!

Stress and anxiety can disturb our sleep. Lack of sleep and restful night can have profound negative effect on our health and well-being. Not enough sleep can make us more prone to sickness, make us more careless, decrease productivity, and make us more prone to even more stress and mental problems.
That’s why it’s important to build a simple habit of having enough sleep every day. However, we often have hard time falling asleep for many reasons (let’s say.. screen time!). There are so many people with insomnia or people who can’t have deep restful sleep that their body need.

Amazing

Apps like these often lack in quality. Audio loops aren’t flawless, music gets repetitive, and the sounds of nature dont sound like the real thing. With this app however, they have done everything right. The music tempo shifts, the audio loops are unnoticeable, and the overall audio quality is amazing! I also love the planetary styled interface, it's a nice touch and it suits the style of the music. I'm a big fan of their other apps too, so maybe I'm a little biased. In any case, a well earned 5 ★'s!!
