How to Measure Your Pulse Using Your Finger:
Ensure your fingers are warm. When checking your pulse, make sure your fingertip completely covers the camera lens and flashlight.
Gently press your finger against the camera. Avoid applying excessive pressure, as it may hinder blood flow and accuracy.
Please note that the app requires iOS 15.0 or later. You can opt for a free trial with full access to all features.
