This App is open source, and contributions are welcome. It is written in Swift using SwiftUI.

Nice app to drill-down into MQTT packets
You can add many brokers, and some example brokers are included.
It allows a hierarchical or flat view of the data, and when you see a property you are interested in, also shows a map of the received values.
Very handy app to have with you while debugging!
