SCAM
If I could give it -10 stars I would. MantraCare is a huge scam. I worked for them as a service provider for 3 months, and didn’t get paid once. They kept telling me they would “release payments next week”, and when I asked them they would constantly ignore me. The app itself is also so incredibly difficult to use, I heard from several of my clients that they had paid for the services and couldn’t schedule an appointment with a therapist.
Their customer support sucks too, so whenever I tried to reach out to them to ask them to fix my clients’ issues with the app, they would take forever to respond.
I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt in hopes that they were just slow, but these people are dishonest scammers that take advantage of anyone that comes their way.
If you want to see a therapist, I suggest you put your money into a trustworthy therapy platform or find a private therapist.
