Locative is your privacy-aware location tracking app.
Set up locations using Geofences or Beacons and send webhooks (HTTP requests) whenever you enter or leave a location.
Whenever a location event is triggered, you’ll receive a notification about it’s success or failure. You can then inspect the requests result, such as HTTP response / status code and manually retry the request.
If you need to customize the payload sent to your server, you can use the Request Designer and change the payload by adding custom properties or using the built-in values. You can also share Request Designs with other people such as other members of your household.
Many home automation service providers are recommending Locative as their go-to app when it comes to location awareness.
Locative’s basic functionality will always be free. You may, however, book Locative Pro features.
Locative Pro can be purchased either as a monthly (3 days trial), annual (2 weeks trial) subscription or lifetime purchase. If you’re cancelling your purchase within the timeframe shown on the purchase screen inside the app, you’ll not get charged.
The purchase of Locative Pro - Lifetime - will grant you access to all upcoming Locative Pro - Features.

App stopped working on our phones
Great app but does not work anymore:-(
Would like a handshake feature with the controlled device. As long the device is not triggered, the app should continue trying to do so or generate a fault warning.
Never the less. Great app and appreciate the work of the developer!!!

There was a bug with basic authentication which has been fixed in the most recent Release (4.2.2). If you're still expieriencing issues would you mind getting in touch with support@locative.io? We'd be glad to help!
App worked great till now
The app was working great till oktober 16th and since then the webhooks don’t work anymore. For some reason the app isn’t triggering this based on location. Tried everything but no solution.

Hello, there is an issue with iOS 15 and Background activity/Geofencing, please try opening Locative and don’t close it using the Task Switcher. This might have to be repeat if the device is restarted and should fix the issue. If this won’t help pleas get in touch via support@locative.app thank you!
Love app for years
Use the app for years. But since iPhone 13 with ios15 it is not working correct. Sometimes it send the webhook sometimes it won't.
If this is solved it's again my favorite!!!

We're back! There hasn't been many updates in the past two years and there is a lot of stuff the app has to catch up with, but we're happy to announce that it'll happen.
