If I need the blood pressure data for medical purposes, the name and date of birth must be entered. I miss this opportunity. Furthermore, the app is very usable and certainly not too expensive.

You can only your blood pressure and heart beat. And how you feel. You do not need a special app for that. You can use any note keeper. Or enter the data in an Excel file.
