The JRS patient is an advanced web and app-based premium all-in-one platform for patients, powered by TheraNow. This telehealth-based platform streamlines patient referral, appointment management, virtual 1-on-1 physical therapy sessions with board-certified therapists through proprietary tech, personalized home exercise program, outcome tracking, and patient education. In addition, the user-friendly interface brings physical therapy services to your doorsteps via virtual or in-home sessions.
TheraNow has designed this platform for all patients under a pain-management program, pre-surgical rehab, or rehabilitation after surgery. The program ensures faster recovery through regular appointments, tailored home exercises, strict compliance monitoring, expert goal management, and outcome tracking. Also, the platform is interoperable, enabling the entire care team to monitor patient progress in real-time. Our board-certified physical therapist does a comprehensive evaluation and tailors a home exercise program that best suits your needs, along with other educational material.
The entire program is concierge-guided. Stay in touch with your liaison or providers through in-app secure messaging.
We maintain high security and encryption standards and are HIPAA compliant.
During the 2-way video call through our app, the physical therapy expert does a thorough evaluation and provides a customized home exercise program, including the images, video, and written instructions. In addition, the app enables you to have secure messaging with your provider, upload relevant documents, update medical history, etc. Our security and encryption are in-line with HIPAA standard guidelines.
The app is available on the App store for our patients to stay updated and receive the best user experience.
