Can’t connect to the AC anymore
A year ago it worked, after a lot of tries. Since we switched internet providers I had to connect it again to WiFi, but no matter what I do it won’t work.
Please, please update this terrible app. How can you sell AC units with wireless capabilities, if it only works with this piece of garbage?!
Not possible to add your product
With the actual version (June-2023) it isn’t possible to add your TCL airconditioning. So app is useless and airco can’t be controlled via app anymore.
Unable to log in
Doesn’t work. Unable to login even after receiving a verification code. Do not download. Airco says it comes with WiFi, but without app no use!
