1、拖动蓝色箭头设置计时器。点击发布开始计时，点击暂停计时。
2、计时结束会出现一个带有美妙声音的通知。
3、【Command】+【N】创建一个新的计时器。 【Command】+【R】以最后一个计时器重新开始。
4、【Backspace】或【Esc】编辑时间。 【Enter】启动或暂停计时器。
5、输入数字以设置分钟。小数点指定秒，因此1.23是 1 分 23秒。
