So this app is 90% reliable.
There are a few things that can be improved:
1. when transferring to accounts with banks other then HSBC you need to write the exact and full name of the account holder you are sending money to. Only problem is there is a maximum number or characters you can use on the app. If the name is longer then the allowed number of characters, your transaction will most likely be declined by the receiving bang because "beneficiary name does not match"
However, if you use the web-version of internet banking, you do not have this issue as there is no maximum on characters for account name.
(Happened to me twice now)
2. After the last update, all your account details are gone and you have to login as a fist-time user. Which also means that you need to wait 24hrs before you can actually do anything useful with the app like transferring money etc. - and thats only after you verified yourself with at least 3 different methods.
3. When inputting account numbers, why does the keyboard not automatically change to numbers?
4. Why is copy-paste disabled? Pasting an account number is so much easier then having to input it yourself. The chances of making a mistake are so much bigger.
