Hippie Soul Yoga Studio is a boutique-style yoga studio in Colorado Springs. We offer smaller classes, which allows students to truly feel seen and known when they come to a class, whether they are pure beginners or long-time practitioners. Smaller class sizes ensure students will not be lost in a sea of people and will be able to engage deeply with teachers and fellow students. Additionally, Hippie Soul’s teachers hold space and sequence classes which feel welcoming, accessible and balancing. It is the studio’s hope that students feel like they are coming home — accepted for just who they are — when they walk through the studio doors.
Hippie Soul Yoga Studio seeks to serve the community by offering a variety of classes to meet ever-changing daily and seasonal needs. Our Yoga Foundations classes are designed to meet beginners just where they are and teach the fundamentals of a yoga practice. Students who desire more invigoration will benefit from Beach Vibe Vinyasa, which is practiced in a slightly warmed room with intermediate to advanced asana options. Restorative, Yin and Yoga Nidra will support a calming experience, promoting ease within your nervous system. Is strength your focus? Barre, Core Concentration and Pilates allow for mindful strength and powerful intensity. Additionally, the Reset & Recover classes are specifically tailored to be highly trauma-sensitive for populations seeking a trauma-informed yoga practice.
