The app has a very clean interface and is easy to navigate. I haven’t started the program yet, but it seems to be very effective. Can’t wait to see my first results!

Nooit verwacht dat een online coach, en dan ook nog uit het buitenland, zo effectief zou zijn. De app is super toegankelijk en er zit geen vervaldatum op al het aangeschafte materiaal. Super dankbaar dat dit op mijn pad is gekomen! Ik weet zeker dat ik alle programma’s (zowel home als gym) uiteindelijk ga aanschaffen! 👌🏼
