Useless
Useless. Ordered a physical sim twice, order got cancelled. Order a replacement e-sim, incompatible with my phone that was listed as compatible.
No disclaimer that self pick up for physical sim was actually unavailable in Sarawak but this was listed as an option then the order got cancelled.
No disclaimer that e-sims don’t work on contract phones anywhere either.
Line “active” but never used, not able to claim a refund.
On top of that, the app is extremely slow and crashes. Help chat on the app and WhatsApp both unprofessional and unhelpful.
