A mobile app designed to make it easier to arrange freight ferry and train bookings whilst mobile and on the move. Harbour Shipping’s mobile ferry booking app is linked to the online web portal and will allow you to make ferry bookings throughout Europe at anytime from anywhere 24 hours a day.
A quick and easy registration process to gain full app functionality.
You can register a single user to your account or allow multiple users access to make and amend your ferry bookings quickly and easily.
EDI links to major ferry operators allow for real-time responses to your booking requests.
Make bookings with a variety of ferry or train operators and receive real-time booking confirmations.
View existing bookings, check the status and, if required, make amendments.
Multiple European languages - English, German, Polish, French and Dutch.
For Harbour Shipping credit account holders you can view the up-to-date balance on your account at any time.
Clients without a credit account can make credit or debit card payments through the app at the time of booking.
If you have a particular query but do not have time to call us the REQUEST A CALL-BACK facility allows you to select a date and timeslot for a member of our team to call you at your convenience.
