Problems with the app

I’ve been experiencing problems with the app. First there was no sound with the “clothes 2” session. I restarted my phone and also redownloaded the app. The no sound issue was fixed. But another problem came up. The page of “Alphabet” doesn’t load at all, it’s a blank page says “Failed to load data”
