BITZER Remote Caretaking is an intuitive service, which makes monitoring and adjusting heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems easy for you.
BITZER Remote Caretaking gives an informative overview of how systems are running – even multiple systems at the same time. Within the app, detailed information, like temperatures, humidity levels and various compressor information can be monitored and displayed. With BITZER Remote Caretaking it is even possible to adjust systems remotely. It has never been easier to have full control of HVAC+R systems - anytime, anywhere!
In case of system break downs, alarms, warnings and even for preventive maintenance purposes, BITZER Remote Caretaking will send email notifications to specified personnel for whom the information is relevant. This is easily set up for the specific product/system/setup in relation to registered users in BITZER Remote Caretaking.
BITZER Remote Caretaking can be accessed anytime and anywhere via the app or via an internet browser.
