The app lets you easily access fitness programs, track workout progress, and manage your fitness journey. From the home page, view daily fitness statistics, nutrition overviews, and progress updates to stay on top of your goals.
The Fitness Calendar helps you plan workouts, track progress, and check off tasks like weighing in or uploading progress photos. The Train Tab provides detailed programs with exercises, sets, and instructional videos to keep you focused and on track. Barbella also works with the Apple Health App to keep track of your steps and calories burned.

Versie 8.8.0
In this release we’ve added the ability for all clients to track their activity history. If you head to your profile you’ll see the ability to view all recent surveys, finished programs, completed habits, and more. Beyond that, we’ve added your height/weight to your profile tab, upgraded the way you track measurements assigned by your coach, and have added an Emergency Contact to your profile.
