Effective 28 June 2024, a 12-hour cooling off period will be in effect when customers activate DuitNow QR, and when customers request an increase in transaction limits for JomPAY, DuitNow to Proxy, Within Bank Account, Interbank GIRO (IBG) / DuitNow to Account and DuitNow QR.
Effective 28 June 2024, all SMS One-Time-PIN (OTP) to approve alrajhi@24seven online banking transactions will also be discontinued and replaced by Secure@24seven approvals.
