Worthless app

Installed the NAS and AIFoto 3 some weeks ago and when I trie to connect it sometimes works, sometimes not. And when it does I get a screen with white squares… or with white squares and a picture every here and there. Not very useful. The NAS is a model AS6210T, I’m using IP to access it on my WiFi so that should not be an issue

How many photos and videos did you upload at the same time? If you see white squares, it means that NAS is still doing thumbnails and indexing. Sometimes, there is some unknow reasons the thumbnails making and indexing stuck or restart again. In this case, you can ask our tech support https://support.asustor.com/

As for connection issue, if you already use IP to connect NAS in the same network, it shouldn't have problem unless you have just switched your phone from 4G to Wi-Fi.
Can you help to check if the problem still there when you retype the login info and try to log in again? If the problem still there, we ,may need your to provide cloud id and a test account with password to pinhaohuang@asustor.com or our tech support https://support.asustor.com/

Waardeloze app

Simpel weg een waardeloze app. Gebruik de app om een back-up te maken van foto’s van mijn mobiele telefoons. De app gooit alle foto’s in 1 map door elkaar. Het is niet mogelijk om zelf een mappen structuur aan te leggen. Overweeg serieus om over te stappen naar synlogic.

Hi BobHenkJan Thanks for the feedback.We will consider the shared space feature for multiple phones uploads. Before that, if you have more than one phone, we suggest you create different NAS accounts for different phones. Currently, it is based on Google photos and other NAS brands latest app for reference. They can't select the NAS folder either. If you want to use folder to manage and upload photos, you can use AiData.
