Horrible service
The idea of split payments is very helpful. Although I wish they did it correctly! I had a horrible experience with Tamara. Their service is terrible
1. They auto deduct from ur card when you don’t even give them permission to do that.
2. I payed my portion and it deducted from my card and it still showed that I had to pay (even though I did). They kept sending threatening messages that I will loose credit score and I will get in trouble with the bureau even though IT WAS PAID. I called Tamara more then 11 times and each time they would all tell me the same thing “can we see proof?” So I would send. Then they say “ok we will fix this by the end of the day”. IT WASNT FIXED FOR 1 MONTH. they all had no idea what they were doing and the Email wasn’t any better. Horrible horrible horrible.

auto deduct
they made an auto deduct on my card & on my due date it's still not paid,& worst part is they even charged me with late fees,no support to reach all auto bot & customer support who told me that they cannot do anything about it,they are robbing the customers by the auto deduct & not updating that its been paid already every day i have an update that each day im late & on the 15th day they will charge again until they will put in the cinet that in the end its on their end..i even called my bank & gave me a ref# that my payment been pushed through but until now im not clear even i paid in advance & they will continue charging late fees..everyday im trying to reach them but the customer support just told me that they cant remove the late fees
