Selecting locations is not user friendly
The selection of locations on maps is very difficult and it dors not allow you to pin on map directly without typing an address which may not on the map

الأسبوع الماضي حجزت رحلة من مطار القاهرة الدولي وتم خصم المبلغ كله وحين وصلت المطار لم يكن هنآك سائق !
ولم يتصل علي احد !
ولم يصلني أيميل منهم !
ولا يوجد لديهم خدمة عملاء ولا خط طواريء !!
لاحقاً أتصل السائق يقول لي انه في الخارج بعد ان وصلت إلى وجهتي من خلال تاكسي في المطار !!
وحتى اليوم لم أستعيد نقودي منهم !!
