This app is free (no cost) and helps you improve your days and decrease the stress associated with remembering important list items for various purposes.

It can help you in the following ways:
1. The data in this app is stored only on your device, which makes it private and secure, unlike most solutions where your information is stored elsewhere and where it may have an increased risk of being accessed.

2. Often in life, we use lists that we need again and again, for example a weekly grocery list. Instead of doing only the mental work every time and asking (do I have what I need?) or better yet (did I remember everything I usually need), build and manage a nice list, and use it again and again.

3. Often in our jobs we can decrease stress by using a list of steps for common tasks. In the business world this is often called standard operating procedures (sop's).

4. In our personal and professional lives, we're often in need of building a plan, and then being able to have a sense of status (percent complete, what's done, what's remaining) on that plan. This app can be used for lists that capture your plan. You can also look back on your plan.

5. One of the first steps recommended in the famous Getting Things Done approach is brainstorming. You can use this app to create lists of brainstormed thoughts about actions you need to take, conversations you need to have, decomposing work, and more.

6. Some people love to store recipes on paper in a treasured place (I do too), however, it's not always convenient to access that recipe book at home, and even worse, sometimes we lose a treasured recipe. You can add your recipe in a list in this app, and name it accordingly.

7. In any new job, we have to get used to our responsibilities. Having a good list that you reference often, is key.

8. We all know how important it is to keep track of those good ol' ToDos, and to get them done. You can use this lists app to help you with just that.
