The new update on the app makes it so easy to book a cleaning session. It was hassle free and even pretty to look at it. Thank you very much for making our lives easier and allowing us to have a clean home without any stress.

I scheduled WEEKS in advance for a specific professional since i had guests from outside of saudi, they decided to call me the day of the appointment to tell me that they will reschedule the appointment because of a problem on their side when it could be easily EASILY fixed but refused (a problem with the car) they ALSO changed the specific professional i chose for no reason, the next day the professional was late and i tried to call almost 10 times but they kept disconnecting my call, i decided to message them and they’re telling me they will reschedule AGAIN WHEN I TOLD THEM I HAVE GUESTS THE DAY OF i told them either you send me ANY professional TODAY or refund me my FULL amount and they’re refusing to refund me even half of my money and are refusing to bring any professional!! i was a very loyal customer but this will be the last time i book with them i’m deleting the app and sending my review to everyone and posting it everywhere!

For the first 2-3 times I had booked with them, the professional had always arrived on time. The first time she arrived, she forgot to bring her mop. It was okay. The 2nd time she brought all her tools with her. The cleaning wasn’t the best but it was okay. What wasn’t okay is the next 3 experiences I had with them:

1-I had a biweekly subscription on August and during my 3rd-4th appointment, the professional didn’t show up even an hour+ later. When I inquired about it, it turns out the company was going through reform and thus stopping its cleaning service temporarily. I did not get any prior notice nor was my appointment cancelled so I had no way to know. I wasted my time waiting for nothing.

2-I booked another appointment a few weeks after they restarted their service. Again, the professional didn’t show up. When I inquired about it, they didn’t give me any proper excuse, it was just that the “driver was unfortunately not in my area at the moment”. So I got my appointment rescheduled for another day. The professional was an hour late again for my rescheduled appointment. No proper excuse or explanation from their customer service.

I can’t continue with such unreliable service. Really disappointing.
