We’re excited to introduce the Morning Reflection feature, which is designed to help athletes start their day with clarity and focus.

- Body Battery Tracking: Begin by assessing your energy levels for the day. This will help you understand how rested and energised you are.
- Mood Selection & Drivers: Choose your mood and describe the drivers behind it. This will allow you to reflect on the emotional factors affecting your mindset.
- Morning Reflection: Take a moment to evaluate your emotional and mental state, setting the tone for a productive day.
- WOOP Goal Setting: Use the WOOP model (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan) to set clear, actionable goals and create an intentional roadmap to achieve them.

This new feature helps athletes better understand their emotional states, set achievable goals, and prepare for the challenges ahead. It’s all about starting the day with a positive, focused mindset to enhance performance.
