Expert Service is the App for the official Technical Assistance Centres of the Ariston Group brands.
With Expert Service your daily work becomes easier and faster:
- Easy and intuitive graphics: the App allows you to enter the data necessary for approval of the intervention in a simple and fast way; Even for those who are not familiar with digital media!
- Data entry takes place directly on the app, without the need to fill in paper forms. Enter all the data during the intervention and work without worries
- Reduce the risk of error and save time: the App will guide you through a guided path where all the necessary information is shown step by step
A faster process than ever thanks to the instant submission of the application.
But it doesn’t end here: the APP allows to search and view the official technical documentation of Ariston Group (manuals, technical notes, broken trees...) to improve the organization of daily work by assigning differentiated users and sending personalized notifications, optimizing the workload of technicians and information management.
