Connecting your team

All of a patient's care team is identifiable in the patients Circle of Care where tasks can be quickly and efficiently delegated to the right person on the team.
Digital forms and orders replace your paper-based workflow
Forms in Cortex are able to replace any existing paper based workflow. Secure and seamless HL7 integrations with other hospital data engines allow Cortex to be the primary point of care mobile platform for the entire care team.
Emergency Calls allow you to replace obsolete paging systems with a modern smartphone and web-based Code Call management system, integrated into the Cortex care coordination platform.

Version 3.22.10
• Care plans and summaries can now be started in a draft state and signed later allowing incremental documentation without needing required fields to be filled out until signing. All draft care plans and summaries act similarly to clinical notes and only the current owner can continue to make edits until they are signed.
• A new sign confirmation screen prominently displays the user, patient and the contents of the signed form for review. For care plan and summaries this also allows a clinician to create a snapshot at the same time as signing.
• Upgraded the underlying data storage which results in up to 20% faster sync times and data access.
• The initial list of users shown when opening the @ mention interface in comments now prioritises users that are involved with the patient record either via edits or previous comments.
Comments auto-insertion no longer triggers on space to allow auto-complete to continue when typing a first and last name of a user.
• Patient profiles will now show ethnicities when provided from ADT feeds.
• Fix an issue causing signatures to disappear in forms.
• Fix iOS 18 render issues.
• Fix sporadic crashes.
