Ali Express purchases
I have ordered over 120 items recently. I have received almost 100 items within 1 to 3 weeks, many days before the delivery dates given at the time of placing order. Only one item not ordered by me was delivered to me. Could be a mistake by the Kuwait Customs. Now I am facing issues with the Kuwait Customs to return the item.
Extremely satisfied with AliExpress service.
Desktop website
The app is good , but user should be able to do with the app everything that can be done with the desktop website . With the app you can not view deleted orders or message notifications where you receive discount coupons from sellers .
And it is difficult to talk to a human customer service representative , if you are not lucky , you will be giving the same answers for the same question from the customer service bot tell you give up and forget about solving your problem .
