Cannot log in
I have been trying to months now to log back in this app and it would not allow. I’ve reset the router numerous times to no avail. Whatever bug it is needs to be ironed out because the app was useful.
Nebula will change the password
The key to using this app is that if you register the device on Zyxel’s Nebula system (and you really should), the default password is replaced by one generated and stored by Nebula. You can find it on the Nebula config pages. Once you sort this out, the app works well, as does Nebula. The Zyxel Air app should tell you this on the login page but it doesn’t - losing a star in the process. The Zyxel ecosystem, which includes this app, is rich and complex but functions extremely well.
No issues signing in
I have been using this app for some time now. Works well. You have to know the IP address of the router, and you have to be on the same wifi network. And that is all. No issues whatsoever. People who have issues are probably not networking people, so this app is not for them anyway..
