Ratings and Reviews
Pretty terrible app
Tickets take 10 minutes to load into the app (useless if your bus is approaching).
Tickets which have been purchased and paid for just disappear from the wallet without being used and without explanation.
Timetables are not the same as the timetables displayed at bus stops, leading to immense confusion.
App usually stops working with the dreaded message “no product in the catalogue”, just as you need to verify in the bus.
No Apple Pay integration.
Overall, completely frustrating and useless.
Scam app as it takes your money
I saw the previous review and after trying to buy on their website but not being able to as you’re pushed towards this app, I relunctantly downloaded it. I hoped they’d have sorted out the problems but clearly not. I bought two bus tickets and they didn’t appear on the app over 30 minutes before departure. I showed the bus driver and the ticket office my receipt and they refused to allow us on board or reissue a ticket or indeed refund so I had to buy two more tickets at the kiosk. Do not use this app. I would give it zero stars if I was able.
