I have been a huge fan of Camilla’s work for several years now & was thrilled to hear she had launched her own meditation app!
I had got out of the habit of my daily guided meditation and this New Year 7 day course has been perfect to guide me back to a habit that I know serves me so well. She actually brought my blood pressure down with the box breathing! So I also tried the Vagus Nerve meditation too!
It’s like having a lovely, kind, caring friend wake you up gently first thing in the morning with supportive, encouraging words to lead you into the day with a calm demeanor 😊
Life Changing!
Being new to meditation, I wanted to try something which would guide me and be easy to navigate. Zenme is brilliant in so many ways. I now love to start my days with a meditation and have found the Podcasts fun, engaging and very informative. There are occasions in our lives when this world can be totally overwhelming, but with the help of these wonderful tools and courses Zenme delivers, we can all learn to overcome them, I have to say, Camilla nailed it!
