Description
e-Token App is a mobile application that generates One Time Passwords (OTPs) used in the authentication of electronic transactions.
A one-time password (OTP) is a series of characters that automatically authenticates the user for a single transaction or session. It is also an alternative to the Hardware Token.
Activate the App using the activation details stated below
Register as an Individual
Select Activation Method
Hardware Token:
Account Number + 4-digit Server PIN and Hardware Token Code
Debit Cards:
Account Number + ZENITH Bank issued ATM card (last 6-digits of the customer's PAN #) and the 4-digit card PIN
Quick Access:
Visit Bank branch and generate activation code required for enabling access on the E-token App
Register as a Corporate
Select Activation Method

Doesn’t work on iPhone from zenith insider
Apperntly for iPhone is doesn’t work. You make it so to change transfer limits I need to generate token and that doesn’t work on iPhone
You should allow us to use otp untill it’s working on iPhone. Because I might have to change bank because 200k a day useless for me
Absolutely useless
This is the most useless bank, and the most useless app I have ever used in my entire life to think somebody woke up one day to create something that would not just frustrate it customers, but also refuse to work how absolutely useless 😠
Rubbish
This is a very useless app. Zenith bank is quick to charge me for it without caring that I have been stuck on the activation process and have not even been able to complete the set up. It just does not work.
