ZavFit, your guide to healthier, happier spending habits. Designed by scientists, the app is proven to reduce the stress, anxiety and guilt people feel every day with their money. Using simple daily tasks, you'll gain more control over your spending habits and feel more positive about your money. Mood tag purchases, identify habits that need to change and form new habits that reduce stress.

ZavFit is a free app through your employer and there are no in-app purchases.

So how does a health app for money stress work?


MOOD RATE
It starts with pausing to reflect. It’s simple & easy to do and will quickly become part of your daily routine. This helps you become more aware of the impact your spending habits can have on your mental health and wellbeing. Our MoneyMoods feature simply asks you to reflect on your purchases. Tap a purchase and reflect if it is having a positive or negative impact on your wellbeing.


TRENDS AND INSIGHTS
My insights is where you can find an enhanced view of where your money is going and the emotional impact it is having on your wellbeing.

Our psychology engine will provide summaries and reveal trends and patterns. All to help you feel more in-control of your spending and more aware of how your money makes you feel by diving deeper into Happy / Unhappy purchases.

With this knowledge you can find opportunities to change your spending habits to improve your happiness and wellbeing

DAILY TIPS
Each day you’ll receive a healthy money tip. Tips touch on different aspects of money and mental health with a focus on money habits that will positively impact your Happiness Per Pound(TM). The aim is to help you build healthy money skills and gain confidence in healthy money behaviours.

Our team of behavioural scientists, CBT experts and health advisors all contribute to our daily tips. Each tip is based on science and data.

OUR SECURITY
ZavFit is designed to help you change the spending habits that cause stress. In order to do that, syncing the app with your bank and credit cards allows you to understand the impact your purchases have on your mental health. We use banking experts TrueLayer to securely connect to your spending.

• We cannot spend your money or change anything in your bank account
• We view the bare minimum: name, account balance and transactions
• We encrypt all data
• We always use bank level security and have robust measures to ensure your data is safe at all times
