Youforce 4+

With the Youforce App you can quickly and easily manage your HR tasks. You can use the app to record which days you are working from home and when you travel to the office. Based on the days worked, the correct monthly travel and homework allowances are automatically calculated and paid out via your salary!


What else does the app offer?

You can see the most important functionalities at a glance on the intuitive starting page.

- You can easily claim expenses: take a photo of your receipt and you will immediately see the amount and date in the invoice. Just click on "Submit" and the expense claim will be submitted to your supervisor for approval.

- Insight into your contact details such as the number of contract hours, salary scale and seniority, gross salary, department, etc.


Change your contact details yourself, such as a new address when moving.

- Managers can record sick leaves immediately and better via the app. Very convenient and efficient!


Note: Before you get started with the app, your employer must first arrange access for you. So contact your employer for more information about the possibilities and how to log in.
