What makes Prayoga unique?
* With ML and Vision based body tracking, Prayoga tracks up to 17 joints in the body to evaluate an asana as it is being performed and gives real time feedback on what can be improved. Keeping the phone at a distance, the user can hear clear voice guided instructions, simple visual cues and easily perform the asana as if the instructor was right there.
* Time based simple routines that are intelligently suggested depending on what time of the day you choose to do your yoga practice offer complete flexibility as well as a gentle nudge to keep the routine going and build a habit.

getting started with yoga ,

Easy to use

This is a great app, with simple easy to follow guided yoga for all times of day. No adds, and no heavy handed push to subscribe or sign up for a paid subscription. There is one thing that puzzles me, which is that the routines say they are longer than they end up being to complete - once you get use to this, its not really a problem. For example, i just did the ‘60 minute morning yoga’ which only took 20 minutes, the 30 minutes ones tend to only be 15 minutes. Still really enjoy them.

And we're really glad that you are enjoying using the app. We are adding support for asana repetitions, and asanas like Surya Namaskara are meant to be practiced for multiple rounds, which will then take 60 mins as mentioned. Please update to the next latest version as we release it and this should enhance your app experience.
