Shame it didn’t open once installed and the app it replaced no longer accepted logon credentials! Also a shame that once reported it took nearly 2 weeks to rectify and not ‘a few days’ as claimed. Who wanted access to their pro shop account, lesson booking etc. anyway?

Unfortunately, this was an issue with a third party application which prevented new users from downloading Xcaddie. However, we were able to issue a fix quickly and the app was back up and running within a few days. I have used this app for a few months and would definitely recommend it to other golfers. Your pro shop needs to sign up to use the app before you can use it. Easiest way to check my pro shop balance and book coaching. Never had a problem with it technically so not sure what other reviewers are referring to.

As with other reviews, app flashes open but immediately returns to Home Screen.
In fairness the developer responded to my review and acknowledged the issue. Fix is in process.
