Superb game, just a few minor glitches…

I, like many others love this game, it’s so simple yet very satisfying to play. It’s also great because you can pick it up and put it down again (if you’re signed in) and continue your score where you left off - I’m currently on a 7w block as my highest!
Only issue I have, like some others I’ve seen, is the glitches with ads. I have no issue watching ads but regularly when I’ve levelled up and managed to hit the x5 for gem reward, the ad will freeze and I’ll lose all the gems due as I’ll have to reset the game. I appreciate I can just recoup the gems by choosing to watch five more ads but there are only so many times I can be told it’s my last day to get a product that makes me lose half my body weight overnight 😏
Just want to emphasise that I do love playing though! 😀

I have been really enjoying this game up until recently (last month or so) BUT there are some serious glitches somewhere that need sorting. The screen often won’t upload the ads I’ve chosen to watch, it freezes during ads, I can’t close the ads after watching, the numbers stick, the sound breaks up and my phone gets Very Hot. It’s on 4G and I have no problems with other Apps, just this one. I often have to reboot because these problems are fouling up everything. I’ve got a loooong way beyond Infinity but I’m going backwards in the rankings as I can’t play long enough to progress. If I can’t progress I might as well delete the App. Persuade me I shouldn’t!!

Great Game but In App Purchases Don’t Work

Love the game…. relaxing and slightly addictive. Don’t like the fact that you need a Facebook account to retain your score. I don’t do Facebook! Why can we create a personal login like other games that will keep our scores? Right now I’m doing very well and want to keep and track my progress.

Most frustrating are in in app purchases for diamonds. Have to keep applying for refunds because it takes my money but no diamonds 🙁. Only had 2 successful purchases out of 6 and and still owed 1 refund from 20 July purchase. Clearly a bug that needs sorting. Would be good if we can watch videos to gain diamonds without resorting to buy until resolved…

Other than that a great game and would recommend👍🏾

Hello, Thank you so much for reaching out to us. Please know that facebook logins are important inorder to restore your game as it syncs your progress with it and helps us keep the data save at our back end. Currently we only have this option to help but we are working on other options.

About the Apple refunds please also know that funds are all handled by apple it self and the issue you are facing is from Apple store side. Our app is well tuned and we have been monitoring it very closely.
