Will not connect to my Wi-Fi

The door unit stopped working when I try to connect device, it gets to 90% Then says not connected re bind ? I’ve tried redoing this now a few times, but it just does the same thing . I don’t like there’s no one to ask for assistance setting it back up . Doesn't seem a good item to buy from Japan with having no one to ask for advice S Law England

Great little door bell. Instructions are always a bit tricky the first time for any device, especially tethered. I had a home theatre that took me six months to get my head round, but got there eventually, no fault of the manufacturers. I personally don’t need a HD video door bell. In fact intercoms have worked fine in the past, unless you live in São Paulo, no disrespect to you guys in Brazil, but it is the Wild West. Anyway, obviously a lot of tech incompetence is being shown in the low scoring negative reviews. I wonder how they would rate themselves…. I like it so much I’m going to buy another one.

Excellent doorbell don’t know why people struggle to connect to your phone app it’s easy to install and picture quality great can see who calling and speak via your phone get notifications and gallery of visits on app 5*****
