Kdoor
I'd be grateful if anyone could help me. Kdoor door bell doesn't work in the background on my phone or any device unless you have it on top open all the time which completely drains your battery. I click on the kdoor app I don't close it but if I take a phone call or use another app the kdoor door bell doesn't ring. I have missed many visitors. I am extremely disappointed that it doesn't do what it says I feel cheated I wasted my time and money. Also I paid an electrician to install it from my router to the front outside wall. Not happy. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
This is the worst product ever with no customer support or advice. No where to contact them.
Disgusting waste of money. I feel conned.

I've never got this to work reliably. Odd occasion it connects but never get any response from developer to help
