Exceptionally great service, very quick and reliable with no waiting times. Taxi drivers are all very polite
Pointless booking.
I find it really irritating that although you have the ability to book a taxi in advance you don’t seem to actually assign cars for the bookings. They are often late or don’t show which is the whole thing we want to avoid in the first place. When a booking is accepted I expect my ride to be there on time yet rarely does this happen and it’s not on the drivers themselves. Please sort this to be more efficient and actually work
