WOW Presents Plus 12+

Lots of great content & really nice to see the Adam & Joe Show again & it’s the only place I could watch DR Thailand, but it says there are the full 13 seasons of Drag Race US available & there are only 10. Untucked All Stars is only available but not the main series of US untucked, there’s no Drag Race UK at all & even though they’ve just released a show interviewing the eliminated queen from Down Under, the actual Down Under series isn’t available either. Probably going to unsubscribe because I was led to believe it was carrying the full Drag Race franchise, if it begins too I’ll definitely subscribe again!

This app is temperamental at best. It will restart episodes after you’ve skipped slightly, it will prevent you from carrying on as it pops up that there are too many screens logged in even though there isn’t. There are various seasons and franchises missing that only get the answer “some shows are not available in certain territories” which doesn’t really make sense to be honest. All drag race seasons are available to all, and they keep numerous ones missing. God forbid you message them, contact them, you will get the bare minimum reply from their abysmal customer service and sheer lack of support. I’ve had an ongoing issue for days and still no response or reply to actually resolve. I hang in there because the one pro for this app is that they don’t charge too much for the monthly subscription, however if they ever decide to increase the fee, it is absolutely not worth it, don’t waste your money. Pretty sure WOW are responsible for some terrible editing too.

Update: in 2024 I am still having the same issues despite troubleshooting. It’s clunky to navigate around, the subtitles are terrible, and if my phone screen accidentally moves into landscape the whole picture cuts out, and then 20 seconds later the app totally crashes. They have a monopoly on drag race content and to be honest after the current season I’m watching I will just cancel because it’s mad they still haven’t fixed really obvious bugs.

Let’s be honest, most of us only have this because of our Drag Race addictions. But in 2023 I never thought a piece of software would completely crash if you turn it to landscape viewing. It’s laughably bad how buggy this app is. There seems to be another really obvious issue whenever there’s an update and it never gets fixed. Also the functionality is really awful in general in terms of trying to search for things. Developers: please fix the issues- they’re really obvious to see and yet the problems remain the same for weeks if not months!
