To use this app your company must be a client of Crisis24 and/or its parents and subsidiaries and have a current license to our Worldcue® solution.

I wouldn’t like to need this in an emergency
Gets stuck at loading screen frequently- I suspect it’s the way my company has integrated the password pass through. Really doubt it will work when no data or if it decides to re-authenticate. My advise is jot down some numbers and keep in a safe place or better still commit to memory.
Update: reinstall and reauthenticate worked - I think this was due to an update. Same comments apply - if you updated when travelling but had no data connection.

Bad interface and information
Intrusive app. Constant requests for location data and pointless notifications. Interface is very dated and in need of a overhaul. Much information is incorrect or misplaced (warning about pro-brexit protests in UK when in Dublin).

I can’t even create an account, whatever password I try to set up it’s not good enough, despite the fact it fully meets the criteria required
