Latest update keeps crashing
This App is very unstable on my IPhone 5. Currently it crashes soon after opening.
Useless
I was expecting to see live scores (This was for one of the larger, higher level ITF matches), but I got no information until the match was over. it just said something like 'match not started' and then an hour and a half later the score appeared. There's no love-time tracking...
There was no info. supplied by the app that I couldn't get from numerous online score tracker (or even betting) sites. It is basically a mobile version on the main ITF website score section, so why bother?
Also, the design is really chunky and chaotic and dated - but so is the ITF website. It's all so 80's looking.
Notifications don’t work
The alerts don’t seem to work on your app.
I select a tournament or match, press the bell for alerts and then select the alerts I want.
But this never seems to save and I don't receive any alerts?
This worked on earlier versions of the app so hopefully can be fixed?
The app help link doesn’t take you anywhere and the help email address is undeliverable...
