Rubbish
Rubbish app! Takes forever to get a guarantee to come through, on average it takes a week! Customers understandingly want this information before they pay up for the job so this is far too slow for me. I had a issue with the account on my app so needed to speak to their app technical support where I was on hold for an hour! Puts me right off installing Worcesters now.
Disaster of an app
This app just does not work. The notices take up half the screen, you cannot scroll up if you get two notices and it doesn't remember your details. Puts me off registering a boiler. Terrible!
Poor app like the boilers
Badly designed which is no suprise as they cannot design boilers either. Only positive note, at least the app does not want to cut your fingers open like the boilers (health and safety issue). Glitchy and slow.
