Woov - Your Festival Companion 12+

This app is genius, perfect for festivals. Having something that automatically creates a set list from the favourite acts you select off of the programme is amazing - even just having the full programme digitalised and spilt into stages is unreal. Aalso providing a GPS map for you to find your way around is unbelievable because festivals can sometimes be quite daunting in terms of figuring out your way around - great for safety aswell. This app is just brilliant, thanks for making it !!!

So far I’ve found this app really useful, the festival I’m attending (Manchester Psych Fest) is over numerous city centre stages in different venues with set times all day and all night and this app has allowed me to add the acts I want to see in set time order allowing me to plot a course around the festival , this had been really handy

App claims to be 12+ but treats users like toddlers. As well as requiring far too much data to load properly (festival with 9k people = overload), the chat function blocks certain words, not swear words or moderately offensive but everyday words in basic English. Words that are required to describe the state of the festival site or official festival activities - bonus, it won’t even tell you the offensive word, you just have to keep eliminating words to find out the ‘offensive’ one. Example, people asking if you can take glass bottles into a festival camp site - blocked. Utterly ridiculous, I hope no other festivals I go to use this dreadful app.
