WORST APP EVER!!
- App crashes immediately after making the booking
- cannot verify/confirm booking because - you guessed it - app keeps crashing before it loads!
- no notification of booking via email/sms/WhatsApp
- had to contact call center to make sure booking is made and car is on its way. Good luck getting a response after midnight!
- only email received was for old booking after I rated the driver 🤦🏻♂️
I will definitely delete this pathetic app!
Disappointing
It keeps on crashing and glitching. Also the drivers take the long way so you end up paying more. So disappointed
برنامج غير جدير بالثقه Lacks credibility
Don't count on the app about the prices and arrival time, they are very mostly to be not correct. (almost every time there are delays and many times the prices way more the “est” price). also from my experience the customer service not good enough. I’m definitely deleting the app. لا تعتمد على البرنامج من ناحية وقت الوصول والاسعار لان راح يوهقك ودايما في تاخير بوقت الوصول يعطيك مثلا ربع ساعه وتصير نص ساعه بعد ما تنطر يعني مواعيد سيئه. وبالنسبه للسعر على كيفهم يزيدون وقياسهم للسعر شنو قوقل ماب يحدد الوقت المستغرق اذا الشارع فاضي وياخذون اقل وقت(اذا قوقل قال ١٢-١٨ دقيقه يحسبونها ١٢) يعني اذا تبي تستخدمه استخدمه بليل بعد ١٢ عشان يمممكن توصل بالوقت قبل مايحسب عليك مبلغ اضافي والسواقين والله يلعبون عادي يقبل وفجاه يرفض وعادي يقبل ويقولك انطر بروح مشوار وبعدين امرك وخدمة العملاء اخذ بس كلام وللاسف هذا اقصى شي يقدمونه لان مو مهم رضاء العميل.
