WISHI app offers online personal styling. Booking a WISHI personal stylist is simple and affordable, once you chose the right personal stylist for you, an online styling session will begin in which you will provide all the information needed and the stylist will work with you to find the right look for each event.
Looks can be created from clothes you already have in your closet or by adding the final touch with a little bit of online shopping for unique items - it's your choice.

Your stylist will send you a Mood Board to kick off the session that best expresses their vision for the session — from there you'll receive 2-5 Style Boards with the option to revise (two times) until you find the perfect look.

Takes way too long
I actually tried two style sessions, one major and one minor. I thought the first stylist was really slow and I complained and they said the stylists are really busy. But she started responding quicker soon after. So I tried a second session with another stylist and it’s over *a week* for every communication. The session I booked was for TWO looks, just two. And so far it’s taken over 3 weeks for her to come back with ONE look. The look is… nice. But not like, amazing. I specifically booked another session to see if I could buy suggestions during the sales but now the sales are over. Don’t bother at all for an upcoming occasion, you might not get an outfit in time. I don’t understand how they can be so slow.
The suggested items are from a very limited set of brands and retailers. Also pretty silly. I know it’s because they probably have some affiliate relationship with them but 1) I don’t have to buy any of it and the stylists don’t seem to get any commission so I don’t feel guilty about it. 2) it’s all US retailers and I’m in the UK 3) I did actually order something but again, it took way too long through them, I should have just gone direct. They shouldn’t limit their stores, because then the stylist would have more choice of places to suggest items that match my style.
The app itself is ok. The feed is a rather pointless to be honest I don’t know who even interacts with that. The personal closet is kinda cool but like I said, the stylist barely responds to the items I took the time to upload.
The stylists are ok. But it just takes way too long so I don’t think I’ll use this service again.

This takes way too long. It’s been 3 days now and nobody has even written to me goal me questions. I am asking them for a refund. This is the worst service I’ve ever used. I’ll stick with stitch fix they are a lot quicker.. zero stars !!! They don’t even deserve 1 star. I’m starting to think this is a scam.

The stylist takes ages to reply, have no respect whatsoever! Will be canceling my membership as soon as the month is finished!
