Utter rubbish! Thanks for deciding to declare some of the camera models “end of life” in your app, despite the cameras still being functional.
This means that 12 of my 15 cameras can’t be viewed/controlled/configure in the app and my mother whom I installed the cameras to protect (she has vascular dementia) is now potentially at more risk due to this “decision”.
I call it a decision because it wasn’t a technology failure or limitation, you guys just decided to turn off the functionality for these cameras. I’d have probably swallowed it a little easier if I could believe it was for some other reason other than you decision, but I still receive the alarms from the cameras that I can no longer access, and they are still accessible on my old iPad which cannot install the new version of the app. Sadly I can’t resort to carrying an old iPad around with me just to access my cameras as it’s just impractical.
Do the decent thing and re-instate this functionality.
Poor show guys 👎🤬

1. When rotating view from portrait to landscape on an iPhone 6s, the screen goes blank.

2. Unable to view events saved on SD card remotely, which usually consist of items 4 and 5 below.

3. Can’t find an easy way of contacting the developers to discuss the app.

4. When you pan and tilt the camera you get constant notifications of audio and motion detection warnings - why?

5. When the camera switches from daylight to night vision you get notification of either audio or motion detection warnings - why? Usually receive a constant stream of warnings at sunset as the night vision cuts in and out dependent on local weather conditions.

6. The App is full of bugs which prevent you from accessing some functions without restarting the App.

7. Adjusting the audio and motion sensitivities appears to make little or no difference to the amount of warnings received.

The app frequently disconnects from the camera and is thus only any use if you want a quick look. It is useless if you want to monitor a camera for any length of time. It also takes a long time to initially connect and the video stream is many seconds delayed. The Samsung cameras associated with this app appear to be of good quality but are let down by this poor software. I cannot recommend purchasing the cameras or using this software
