Whoosh.bike 4+

Сегодня в Москве появились велосипеды whoosh, модель которых ninebot b100
Они:
Маломощные
Маленький (рост 180см неудобно)
На большой скорости нету автоматических передач которые переключают в режим где можно медленнее педалировать из-за чего на высокой скорости нужно крутить ноги с сумасшедшей скоростью
Нет зарядки для телефона

И ведь всех этих проблем не было с велосипедом ninebot a200, который был у вас в сервисе в Москве в конце сезона 21 года.
Он был гораздо лучше и непонятно зачем вы его убрали и заменили тем что есть сейчас.

Передайте пожалуйста тому, кто принял это решение что старые были лучше, верните лучше их

It’s a shame when a service with great scooters gets overshadowed by an absolute mess of an app and poor customer support. The latest update, V.2, has rendered the app completely non-functional. The API is down, the navigation is more lost than ever, and finding a designated ‘P’ spot is akin to finding a unicorn in a dense forest. But the app isn’t the only issue here. The customer support has shown an attitude that leaves a lot to be desired. During a recent interaction, I was unable to end my ride due to the app’s malfunction. Instead of understanding and resolving the situation, they refused to refund the undue charges. The communication felt forced and inconsiderate, despite the evident issues stemming from the app’s poor design and update. This was also a clear violation of the TOS. This entire situation paints a clear picture: a service in desperate need of better UI/UX designers and a more understanding and responsive customer support team. Such an amazing fleet of scooters deserves a far better platform and service than this. I sincerely hope the team gets its act together soon.

App stops working and won’t even load after you put your card details in but they continue to take money out of your linked cards. They ignore any emails or support too. I would avoid using this on your holiday or linking to any bank cards!!!!!

We just don't write off money. Also, the application must be stable. Have you tried reinstalling it?
