Wheel ERP is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) app designed to streamline your sales, client engagement, and task management processes. With features for handling leads, tracking deals, scheduling follow-ups, managing voice notes, and viewing calendars, Wheel ERP makes client management simple, organized, and accessible on the go.
Key Features:
Leads Management: Add and manage leads easily. Collect essential information such as name, email, phone number, and other details to maintain organized records. Leads are saved automatically, even if you’re offline.
Lead Drafts: No internet? No problem. Offline lead entries are saved as drafts on your local storage, so you never lose important data. When you’re back online, simply sync drafts to move them into the main lead list seamlessly.
Deals Tracking: Convert leads into deals by creating deal entries based on the client’s requirements. Deals are directly linked to the leads, making it easy to monitor client needs, sales opportunities, and ongoing business.While adding a deal, you can save the location, making it easier to manage field visits effectively.
Follow-ups: Schedule and manage follow-ups, whether they’re meetings, calls, or other client interactions. Set reminders, edit follow-ups as needed, and view upcoming follow-ups for each client to stay organized and keep client engagement top of mind.
Calendar Integration: View holidays, tasks, and events within the in-app calendar for better scheduling and time management. While this version of Wheel ERP is view-only, adding tasks, holidays, and events is possible on the web version. Editing features will be added to the app in future updates.
Voice Notes: Use the voice recorder to save audio notes about leads. Ideal for quick on-the-go lead capture, these audio notes are saved locally and can be converted into a lead entry. When creating a lead from a voice note, you can choose to sync the audio to the server or keep it locally.
Seamless Authentication and Secure Login: Start by selecting your domain or subdomain for secure authentication. After confirming the domain, log in with matched credentials to access all features and client data within the app’s secure interface.
Dashboard Clock-In/Clock-Out: The dashboard includes Clock-In and Clock-Out functionality to track attendance seamlessly. This helps ensure accurate records of field visits and work hours.
