This app is actually not that bad, been using this app for a while, but recently it sent me in a spiral especially because I have health anxiety, it keeps saying I have high blood pressure it said it for 5 days straight, I bought a blood pressure monitor and it says my blood pressure is normal I done it at the same time with the app and the blood pressure monitor says normal and the app says high.

I decided to get this app to test myself and when I did it came up with a bps in the 40s and when I went to take matters into my own hands by testing my own heartbeat everything was fine if you have this problem please ignore it this is not accurate and it is a waste of time. I have health anxiety so it didn’t help that it was giving these results. You can test your own heart beat by counting how many beats you do in one minute.
